the rules: focus only on the outline of your hand, then track the edge of your hand with your eyes, while simultaneously drawing very slowly, in a steady, continuous line without lifting the pencil or looking at the paper.

this one is supposed to feel strange and may look strange but just wait until you see everyone else's!!
